Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was mistakenly removed due to a DMCA notice, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notice should include:

  • Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
  • Identification of the material removed and its original location.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal district court.
  • Your electronic or physical signature.

We will forward valid counter-notices to the original complainant. Unless the complainant files a court action within 10 business days, we may restore the removed material.
